Kadalebeejada Chutney
- Peanuts - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 5-6
- Salt to taste
- Coriender leaves
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida
- Dry roast peanuts until it turns golden brown and grind it with green chillies, salt and water.
- Heat oil for tadka, add mustard seeds and asafoetida.When mustard seeds splutters turn off the flame and add this thadka to ground chutney.
