Kadalebeejada Chutney

Ingredients :  
  1. Peanuts - 1 cup
  2.  Green chillies - 5-6
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Coriender leaves
Tempering :
  1.  Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  2. Asafoetida
    Method :  
    1. Dry roast peanuts until it turns golden brown and grind it with green chillies, salt and water.
    2. Heat oil for tadka, add mustard seeds and asafoetida.When mustard seeds splutters turn off the flame and add this thadka to ground chutney.
    Groundnut chutney tastes awesome with idly, dosa and paddu.
